  • I would put my new skills into practice by having a growth mindset in everything I do. Not hoping everything come easy but try to figure it out. I would also see mistakes as part of a process to eventually succeed and not blaming myself or tagging myself a failure instead I'd ask for feedback and try out another way.

  • Developing a growth mindset would develop and increase my learning capabilities, make me better and more intelligent. It would also make things much easier for me on the long run.

  • Doctors need basic nutritional knowledge. It'd also be interesting to see an ideal office where a GP, nutritionist/dietitian and a psychologist would have sections in. If this is available everywhere, everyone would know that the link between health and food/nutrition is normal/ideal and would make patients care more about not only their health but their diet...

  • My dietary habit has changed due to more exposure. I love research and so learn from others. Even social media has made it easy for me as I can easily follow cooking pages and learn from chefs all over the world, then try various healthy cooking recipes.

  • After hearing the patient's complain, I'll run some tests then ask about the patient's lifestyle, exercise, diet and if the patient experienced any form of stress before the symptom(severe headache) started.
    With this, I'll know if it requires to administer drugs or just some change of lifestyle/physical activity/diet.
