Coventry University program

Transforming Healthcare Business Proposal

This program provides an opportunity for you to draw on and explore your understanding of leadership and management theory.

This program is part of the Master of Business Administration (Health Care Sector) degree offered by Coventry University

The chance to create your own business proposal for transforming healthcare

This program enables you to explore your knowledge and understanding of leadership and management theory, with the opportunity to bring this into one independent, self-directed workplace project.

The project will take the form of a business proposal which addresses an aspect of workplace practice. The aim is to produce a project that will not only benefit your workplace, but will allow you the opportunity to explore service redesign, current practice-based issues, policy implementation, and initiatives or innovations which will impact upon patient care.
