Lung CT segmentation using 3D Slicer

This tutorial demonstrates how to use 3D Slicer’s generic segmentation tools for lung segmentation. 3D Slicer is a free, open-source, and multi-platform software package widely used for medical, biomedical, and related imaging research. The demonstrated process is recommended only for learning.

If you would like to make it a try, please go to the website 3D Slicer and download the program. You could use the sample inside the program to see a healthy lung CT scan. The program can run Python scripting. If you are unable to use a computer to see this program, we would like you to have a look at the video.
