To be eligible for the MBA (Leadership) degree, applicants must hold one of the following qualifications:

*A completed bachelor's degree in any discipline from an Australian university or college, or equivalent; or

*A completed graduate certificate or graduate diploma from an Australian university or college, or equivalent; or

*A recognised diploma and two years of relevant business experience; or

*Five years of relevant work or managerial experience

Relevant work experience includes a working knowledge of business areas, including human resource management, budgeting, project management, financial reporting, process management, or other relevant professional experience.

Additionally, this degree is taught in English. If English is not your first language, you’ll be required to show that you’ve completed the following in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Ireland, or the United States of America:

*An International English Language Testing System (IELTS Academic) overall band score of at least 6.0 overall with a minimum 5.5 in each subset; or

*Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) - Requires 550 or more overall & minimum TWE score of 4.5 (Paper Based Test), or 75 or more overall and no score less than 17 (Internet Based Test); or

*Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) - Requires an overall score of 54 with no sub-score less than 46; or

*An Occupational English Test with Grades A or B only in each of the four components.

English test results must remain valid for no more than two years between the final examination date and the date of commencement of study and appear on a single result certificate.

The MBA (Leadership) is closely aligned with the industry capabilities expected of graduates, providing them with the necessary skills and tools to become an internationally astute business leader.

There are a total of 11 discrete units, all of which can be completed on your own time and at your own pace, within a five-year timeframe. These unit include:

Upon completing these units, you’ll be equipped with a range of applicable insights and transferable skills to navigate your next career move and excel in any business leadership position that comes your way. Some of these newly developed skills you’ll acquire:

*Apply contemporary leadership theory to business practice to analyse and solve problems.

*Communicate effectively to build a culture of confidence, integrity, and innovation in an organisational environment.

*Develop and communicate business strategy to effectively achieve strategic outcomes.

*Innovate in legally and financially responsible ways to solve problems and create new opportunities

*Reflect critically on ethical behaviour in a leadership role, including demonstration of understanding and empathy in diverse environments.
