In this module you will learn about the two main research methods you will be using in this course – interviews and focus groups – including the methodology behind them and how to use them to collect your data. We will also cover the theory and practice of qualitative data analysis. By the end of this module, you should have gained the knowledge and skills you need to begin collecting your own data.
